Beverley Knight & Joss Stone - Lean On Me (NHS Relief Charity Single)

I wrote and arranged the brass on this version of Bill Withers 'Lean On Me' by singers Beverley Knight and Joss Stone. I recorded trumpet on it from my studio and assembled a huge horn section comprising 10 other session horn players - Carol Jarvis, Pete Fraser, Hugh Davies, Gareth Lumbers, Tom White, Toby Street, Jonny Abraham, Simon Tong, Yasmin Ogilvie & James Bateman. The track is a charity single by NHS Relief to pay tribute to and crucially raise funds for the NHS during the Covid-19 'coronavirus' pandemic. DIAGRAMS
Over the past few years I've had the pleasure of writing, arranging & recording (from my studio) the brass for the solo project of Sam Genders (Tunng / Throws) - Diagrams. The records have been met with acclaim in the press and have had prominent radio play, including a live session on BBC Radio 6 Music.

Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly
Together with saxophonist Pete Fraser, I wrote, arranged and recorded (trumpet from my studio) all of the horns for the new Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly album 'Young Adult', and the single 'Optimist'. Both have received airplay on BBC Radio 6 Music, BBC Radio 1, XFM and throughout Europe.
